ブランドのファーストモデルでもある、HWDOG定番のベースボールキャップ。
1860年代にベースボールが普及した当時のキャップを再現しております。

DOGの頭文字「D」のオリジナルワッペンを取り付けたデザインで、　レザーベルトのアジャスターで調節が可能です。

裏地には毛芯と呼ばれる芯地を使用。
当時の化繊がない頃のベースボールキャップには、生地を硬く丈夫にするために、この毛芯と呼ばれる馬のしっぽの毛や鹿の毛を使用した芯地を使用していました。

キャップの鉄の仕上げ型もオリジナルで製作。

ロゴの箔押しを施した革スベリやユニオンチケットなど、見えないところにまでディティールを詰め込んだシグネチャーアイテムです。

The HWDOG standard item baseball cap, which is also the brand's first model.
It is a reproduction of a cap from the 1860s, when baseballs were popularized.

It is designed with an original patch with the initial “D” of DOG attached, and can be adjusted with the adjuster on the leather belt.

The lining is lined with an interlining called “fur core”.
In those days when there were no synthetic fibers available, baseball caps were lined with this interlining made of horse tail hair or deer hair in order to make the fabric hard and strong.

We also made the original iron finish mold for this hat,
The logo foil-embossed leather slipper, union ticket, and other details were packed in even in places where you cannot see them.
